 Corbin Smith has been chosen to represent Yale grad class of 2010 as the valedictorian. Corbin has been a leader at Yale for his entire career here. He currently serves as Grad Council President and has had a hand in organizing all of the grad events this year. Congratulations, Corbin. Start working on your speech.

Yale Senior Girls Basketball Fundraiser - “TRUNK SALE”
The Idea is: you pull up with your car/truck, open the trunk and sell to the public. This is a garage sale style and you keep the money you make from your sales. When you purchase your stall permit, it will be numbered and on the day of the Fundraiser, you park in the stall with your #.... and SELL!
Date: Saturday, June 5, 2010
Time: 10:00am – 2:00pm
Cost: $25.00 per parking stall permit
Place: Yale S.S. Parking lot (Old Yale Road)
Parking Stall Permits: Available from the Yale School Office
Please Note: There will be BBQ (burgers & hot-dogs for sale)
Also: If you are not able to run your own trunk sale, the Yale Girls Basketball team is gladly accepting donations for their table. Please call Yvonne Kendall @ 604-613-1367 to arrange for the drop-off of your items.

Entrepreneurship Week: May 3-7 |

This week marks the culmination of a lot of hard work by our students taking entrepreneurship. Groups have put together business plans and will be running their businesses at lunch all week. If you're hungry, there are plenty of interesting options available at lunch. Bring your cash and support these budding entrepreneurs. |

The travel company that organizes student S-Trips is active again recruiting students to sign up for a Mexico trip next spring break. Please, be advised that these trips are in no way sanctioned by Yale Secondary or any other school. Parents should do some research before giving permission to attend this trip.
