We are collecting Grad write-ups for the Yearbook. The writeups will be due November 14th. The write-up should be no more than 40 words in length. Submit your write-ups at

Grad Breakfast Prize Giveaway
Once again we are asking parents to help collect prizes for our grad breakfast. Above is a donation letter you can print and bring to businesses when you are asking for donations. Any prizes you secure can be brought to the main office at the school where they will be catalogued and stored until the event. Thank you for your help.
Grad Checklist
September…
- Read through the Grad Handbook.
- Tell your parents about Grad Parent Meetings!
- Get your Yearbook message forms filled out.
- Get your Grad Baby Ad Form to your parents.
- Get your Grad Council Nomination Forms.
- Check your Graduation Status with your counsellor.
- Fill out the Grad Activities Form (see page 3) and return it to the main office.
- Check out yalesecondary.com for updated Grad info!
October…
- Sign up for photos in advance! Grad photos are November 2nd – 5th.
- Look for the due date for Grad Baby Ads for the Yearbook.
- Grad Parent Meeting October 15th at 7:00 PM in the old theatre.
- Buy your Grad Rings, October 29/30

- Grad Photo Retakes at the end of November.
- Return the Grad Activities Form (page 3) if you haven’t yet.
- Fill in the Transcript Verification Form for the counsellors (assembly)

- Pay your 1st instalment of FEES: February 10, 2010.
- Grad Parent Meeting February 23rd at 7:00 PM in the old theatre.

- Buy your Grad Rings, March 23/24.

- Pay your 2nd instalment of FEES: April 7, 2010.
- Get your Valedictorian Application/Nomination Form
- Tell the “List Holder” (page 2) of any changes to your Grad Activities

- Submit your prom guest application for prom before May 1st.
May…
- Pick up your Ceremony Invitations early May. Extras to follow. (page 6)
- Pick up your Prom Dinner & Dance Tickets and choose your tables. (page 8)
- Attend the Grad Ceremony Rehearsal. Tuesday, May 25th 3:30PM.
- Participate in the Grad Ceremony May 28th (Students there at 6:45PM)
- Attend the Grad Tea May 28th after the Ceremonies.
- Attend Dry Grad May 28th after the Grad Tea.
- Attend the Grad Breakfast May 29th after the Dry Grad.
June…
- Participate in mandatory Grande Marche rehearsal (Wed or Thurs before prom)
- Participate in the Grande Marche June 19, 3:00PM. (Pictures at 1:00PM)
- Attend the Prom Dinner and Dance June 19 (Be at the bus by 4:00PM)
- Provincial Exams
