Drivers - please pay attention!

Reminders:

• starting Tuesday September 8th, school speed zones are back in effect. Please use extra caution + observe speed limits when passing by all schools, and pedestrians on walkways near schools and bus stops!
• vehicles traveling in both directions on a roadway must not pass a school bus which has stopped and has its red overhead lights flashing.

Also, note September has been designated a Distracted Driving Awareness Month by ICBC and local police. Please put your phone/mobile devices away while operating a vehicle!
